​​@@ronaldcustard4636I don't think a woman has to be a beauty to pass as reasonably attractive. Back then, aside from being rough, I always thought she had nice almond shaped green eyes and defined cheek bones and good facial symmetry and her skin wasn't bad.
I think "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is true only up to a point. There are certain features that are considered universally unattractive.

This would lead to one of the worst episodes ever where Kevin goes AWOL and ends up in Scotland somewhere, involving a coach blowing up and some random guy call Jed he got pally with dying. Utter rubbish.

Denise & Kevin have Zero chemistry. Then she moves on to Phil (has a bastard son) and now Jack. Not once to these pairings make sense or looks real. She had more feelings for that Black killer, lol.
