What angers me is that in 2017, a 35 year old male did this to my 5 year old daughter and he recorded it as well, he did this 16 times. He was only convicted for recording it, the state is who has the charges for the act and it’s 2024 and they won’t pay for him to be transferred back to our state for us to go to trial. I hope this guy gets the maximum punishment allowed by law
