I'm in Phoenix and mine turned yellow. Hope when it's cools down in October it will come back.

It's normal for them to turn yellow when it heats up. Towards the Winter, cut them back to about 6" high, and they will grow back full and lush in the Spring.

What happens if I cut it back this time of year?

You could and it will continue to grow thru the Summer, but unless it looks bad now, I would wait until late Fall.

How do you make it fuller and
    Prettier tho?

Hi, I am not sure what you mean? It pretty much grows full and pretty on its own, you really don't have to do anything to it ;-)

@@ThinkOutsideDesign it looks a bit raggedy I supposed thats why I asked. Maybe I'm supposed to pull those strands off?

@@wolfie1027 Is it new, a young plant? Give it a year to grow in, then in Winter cut it down to about 6" high and it will grow back twice as full next Spring! Do that annually.

@@ThinkOutsideDesign thanks I missed your comment. I guess it has seed heads? It looks like it has split ends everywhere..on all 3..yes they are all new. 2 are medium sized and one is small. Cut it down to 6" wow that's something else ..2 of them are about 22" tall at the moment. The dirt is dry so I just watered.

Hahahaha! I do think whiskey is appropriate, but I am, in fact, saying 'Whispy'.

Thank you for your comment! I am not selling it, I am just saying in the right environment, I love to use it. And if you were paying attention and watched the whole video, I SAID IT IS INVASIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!!
