Is it just me or do lori do too much damage for a character without charge moves
An why does a charge character do so little damage

Problem LOLxHP-Principal Alicinia uh...... all the character has the same value or health, none of them are different.... _for some reason,_ which is why Ash seems to be bottom tier or mid tier, there’s also the damage scaling, combo potential and damage in general but whatever......

@@Neogears1312 I don't see what was terrible about his gameplan, but I do know he's a 100x better player than you, that's for sure.
It was just one of those things where if he actually finished this combo you'd be calling him godlike, but he did not, so apparently it was a terrible idea to bad players like you.

I'm just saying he probably had his own reasons for going back to character select and that it probably wasn't something as simple as " blaming the character like some scrub. "
Maybe he switched characters because after a soul crushing loss like that maybe he was a-bit shaken and maybe felt his execution wouldn't hold up in the next match with Ash being a high execution character and all. (peoples hands literally shake in top 8's when they are nervous or tilted) It could be many reasons. I probably didn't have to call him bad though, most of us are bad compared to Mr.KOF, but it was the " terrible game plan " comment that got me. Of course i'm not mad or anything, never was, this is just a youtube video that was meant to be funny.

No meter needed. During the green super that activates the no-charge combos you can finish it with a special that disables super moves from the opponent

This could also be a "What it feels like to play Claw Iori" video. Get bodied until you're at magic pixel health, then turn it around with a death combo.
Or Mr. KoF could have just, like... finished the combo with a flash kick and killed.
Or put a kiss-flame right on top of Such's Iori so the explosion meatied him and he could chip Iori out safely or punish a DP.
Or not spent another 2 bars on another Sans-Culotte that only did another 100 damage that Ash got no meter or drive for dealing while Iori got another 75% of a bar for taking that 100.
Or finished it with Germinal so Such couldn't use all the resources Mr. KoF just gave him with that enormous combo.
Or any of another half-dozen things that would have been better than not finishing the combo for the kill and then letting Such get up safely for free, and then committing to a kiss-flame after Such had already gotten up and was in jump range.
Don't think flash kick would have killed or even connected. Pretty sure this was max damage for meter. But kiss flame would have won yes.
@@tootsie_ I'm not sure you and I watched the same video, then. There's so much hang time after the last double sonic boom I'm not sure how flash kick wouldn't connect.

Who's looking forward to another one of Ash's Sans Culotte cancels in KOF 15? SNK is not going to buff his damage output as that move lets him cancel anything with Ventose and Niivose. But if they did, Ash becomes top tier.

Claw Iori is a better character than Ash, but that doesn't mean Ash isn't worth picking. He's a decent character, so that's not really important.
But the combo the Ash player did (Mr.KOF) was godlike/amazing and something probably 99% of the people watching this video couldn't do in a real match, but he did all of that work just for the claw Iori player to come back and win with a mindless combo that is 10x easier and does more damage. lol

This is King of Fighters XIII (13) You can get it anywhere games are sold. Steam and consoles. This was the very last fighter where SNK used 2D sprites instead of 3D models for charters. It looks amazing and I wish they would go back to this style.

Most definitely not fake. Ash couldn't have killed him with that combo. It was a really poor decision to allow Iori to just jump in and j.D him to the face though. Mr.Kof probably thought Such wouldn't bet the entire game on a full jump. It was a huge gamble by Such and it payed off.

KOF deserved it, he more than likely could have killed and locked down the bar he gave Iori. This is what happens when you let style go to your head.
I'm very curious as to why he decided to back up there instead of trying to pressure him in the corner after wakeup.

It's not imbalanced, the system is just crazy restrictive to me. So many arbitrary rules on when things are possible and when they aren't.
tl;dr: long combos get cucked, short unga combos usually have better payoff
The longer the combo, less damage the attacks do. That is a good system in my opinion
@@alexthezephyr many characters have supers where certain hits always deal a certain amount of damage (for example, if memory serves, the fireball at the end of Ryo's EX ranbu super always does 100 damage regardless of the combo preceding it making the ranbu his go to ender).
