just a suggestion --- there are no need to add throws keyword because try - catch block already there to catch the exception , 👌👌
Yeah , Because he told in the video that its just for understanding purpose. Whether u use it or not the exception will still remain , but it is a good practice.

Point to say when we use explicit important it maintains the readebility.on the other hand implicit import doesn't not maintain the readebility.
There is no effect on runtime.
Hence no effect on performance it is a compile time works😉

But Bhai interface to object rahit hota hai naa you can't create an instance of an interface so how you can create instance ( con ) of interface ( connection ).

Connection , Statement , ResultSet are Objects which are present in java.sql library which you are importing at first so you can just use them as it is.
