seeing you allow jameson to do what he needs to do to stimulate himself while still parenting and making sure he knows what’s safe and what’s not actually heals something in me. he’s got the best family and support system and i love watching you all grow together like this
@Mrs.miche11e I mean as you know everyone is different. But my daughter hit puberty and it was like some of her sensory stuff was on steroids and some of her stimming. Add puberty hormones and holy crap! She's an artist and her drawing style is generally cartoon. But now.....hormones too. It's an interesting adventure everyday. Lots of us and her therapist telling her it's ok, that's normal for your age because she's like why. Everyday is a adventure and I love every minute. She's awesome.
I have an autistic 12 year old daughter… puberty has definitely been a whirlwind. Thank goodness for amazing medical professionals who can help me during this time with her
Watching Brandon with his family makes me so nostalgic. I also have a big extended family but as we all get older we don’t see each other all at once as much anymore. Definitely miss the chaotic get togethers

you cant just feed your dogs treats as their food. treats should be given to dogs for good behavior. such as doing what they are told. my dad makes this mistake with his own dog and its become a very ill mannered dog. and i am the one that has to put up with it deal with it. for example, this is what my dad does that he shouldnt be doing. his dog has had 0 training. my parents wont spend the money to get their dog trained. 1 of the worst mistakes a dog owner can do. so here is the example. their dog chews up anything that it can get its mouth on. so what does my dad do to get her stop. he gives her treats. but that is a huge mistake. cause that gets the dog thinking its ok to chew stuff up cause they know that they will get a yummy treat. worst thing you can do. having a dog is like having a small child. you punish them for bad behavior and reward them for good behavior. my dad rewards his dog for bad behavior. and punishes her for the good. and he makes me clean up after her messes and his antics. again you should give your dogs a treat unless they do as they are told. for example... sit, stay, no. stop barking. stuff like that. and another thing. kissing your child on the lips is considered sexual. your shouldnt be kissing them there. forehead and cheek are the only place.
