    Instructions are right...But Pressure cooker kills Hyderabadi Kache ghosht ki biryani...in texture...its a great SIN to use pressure cooker

      If you make in Lagan or biryani handi it will open. In the cooker little moisture Will be there. After opening and wait for sometime moisture Will dry.

    Sir but rice has become too sticky almost smashed. Though ur receipe is good I would recomend without cokker but broad vessel, which takes little more time than u spent but eventually it gives more authenticity.

    Sir due to pressure cooker and miscalculation of percentage of rice cooked, your rice has starch. Hence this is not a traditiontional biriyani however, it is a quick one

    Very incorrect way to give dum to biryani.
    Biryani should be given dum in always khula aur bada bartan.
