i think hes far from S-tier, but hes certainly viable now, id say low A-tier tbh. as a lawbringer main i am very happy with the changes. ubi honestly cooked with this patch as a whole.
WL has punch through feat. That's why it's higher than normal. But I remember when Punch Through dealt way more and can kill even when blocked or parried
I did these to test his roll catchers and was confused on if this was the roll catch or if they’d readded his dodge forward heavy at some point and forgot to add in the roll catches
The fact shugoki, the heaviest hero in the game got a roll catcher like.. years ago, and lawbringer just finally got one is wild really. Conq might get his one day. But, given the track record? May be a year or 2
Seeing how Faraam plays and all the updates makes me want to play for honor again hahaha. I am curious though, does mouse and keyboard offer any advantages over controller, or is that just a Faraam thing?
freeze has an old video but some likely unintended extremely niche differences between mnk and controller imo just use mnk so you dont have to worry about stick drift or if you can assign gaurd directions to keys id honestly use something like a hitbox layout from traditional fighting games

It doesn't really work that well, and we cannot even catch early dodges with heavies anymore If the opponent rolls from you forward dodging there is nothing you can do, roll catch won't reach
Next hero for rework should be Conqueror😢 Currently Conqueror is in awful state, you can't guarantee hit after guardbreak, disgrace. Also light attacks are very slow, almost like heavy. You can easily parry light attacks, zone attack is useless, most heroes can easily dodge zone attack, disgrace. 3 awful heroes: Conqueror Zhanhu Aramusha Annoying heroes: Pirate Afeera Orochi Hitokiri Kyoshin Highlander
Zhanhu is not bad honestly, he can easily open up for a 50/50 with unblockables. His kit is just a bit simple for my taste but that's it. Conqueror needs a roll catcher like Faraam pointed out last update I think and I do agree that his lights are pretty slow (along with his full guard which takes forever to activate and get out of) but, other than that, he's ok honestly. Kyoshin is such a boring character though, I hate fighting these weebs spamming lights and full guards, I'm not sure an update would fix it, the design of the character itself is boring imo. Highlander needs to have slower light and light/heavy follow ups cause it's quite weird how fast he can move this heavy sword, I don't think he needs to have such fast openers when he has an already pretty powerful kit with his offense mode, maybe some kind of bash from neutral which turns him into offense mode?

The whole point of that light is that it serves as the second attack in a chain so that you can get to the unblockables faster. It’s part of his kit
