Hello Ashan, thank you for the video. I think it will be useful! Btw. I would recommend you to put timestamps on the video, so we can see the different topics (I'm coming back to search for one specific and it gets difficult without watching it again fully). Thank you
Hi Ahsan, I have a question. My kitchen countertop is damaged due to a crack, and water is seeping into the wood. Is my landlord responsible for fixing it?
@ahsanfinance It's a crack between two pieces of countertop. It's not actually a crack; it's the space between two pieces of countertop, and the water got there and caused this problem. This gap was already there.
If the crack was there already, then the landlord should get it fixed. It seems that the landlord forgot to put Silicon between the two pieces of countertop
Thank you for all the value you provide to us for free! i have a doubt regarding Chancekarte. I've searched for quite sometime through social media to find people who got chancekarte but no luck. so i don't know how easy or hard it is to get it compared to students visa, Provided i have the means of blocked account and an H+ university degree in engineering . I was trying for a masters degree admission but unfortunately i was a bit late for this intake and couldn't find an admit . so i was thinking about taking the chancekarte to come to Germany and do part time jobs while i prep and apply for the next intake ( instead of trying to get a job in India and leaving it in less than 6 months) . Is that possible ? will they allow me to convert my job seeker visa to students visa while being in germany ? and would that be abusing the opportunity by any means ? I don't want this to negatively affect my chance of getting a students visa.
Unfortunately this visa cannot be converted into a Student visa. If you never intend to apply for a job in the field while being in Germany on this visa, I do not think it would be illegal or would even hurt your chances of Getting a student visa later on. But I think it would not be Ethical in my opinion, as you would be taking opportunity away from someone who actually wants this visa.
Thank you for such an informative video. Next year I will need to move and these tips will help me understand my rights!
Glad you found the video helpful :)

Happy that you liked the video. I do try to add timestamps but usually a couple of days after the video launch. Will add them to this video too :)

Is the crack old or did you cause it?
