Born and raised in Alabama I realize as a young man it's not safe for me to travel to parts of Alabama, Mississippi, and most of Florida. So I assume it's not safe for me to travel to most foreign countries. Visit the Philippines, Thailand, Mexico, Bahrain, Panama as a young man in the US Navy never experienced any racism from the citizens of those countries minor incidents of stereotypes in the Philippines during the early 80's. Sad thing for me to have to say black people should always be cautious and their guard up when traveling abroad.

Reject Christianity it's a European religion and reject Islam it's an Arab religion. These religions are the source of racism towards black people because when we practice these religions we're trying to be like those people and they are aware of this. We should be like Indians and Chinese people and practice our own religions. Indians practice Hinduism and Chinese practice Buddhism that is why they are not looked down upon as much as black people. The Chinese and Indians aren't trying to be Europeans by practicing Christianity or Arabs by practicing Islam but black people are that is the main reason why we're looked down upon because we're trying to be like other races. Once a person adopts a religion they're actually adopting a certain race's ideology. Shun these religions my brothers and sisters otherwise we will never be free.

The definition of the word acceptance, that you are referencing, is the action or process of being received as adequate or suitable, typically to be admitted into a group.
The definition of civility is formal politeness and courtesy in behavior or speech.

That's right! I've seen videos of Palestinians and Hispanics calling for Black solidarity in their struggles with racism. I've spoken with Chinese people who protest the treatment they endured during the Japanese occupation, Koreans protesting the Japanese army's abuse of comfort women, and Japanese who disagree with how history addresses the atomic bombings and regional tensions with China. I've talked to Irish and Scottish people about their experiences under British rule, and Indians about the crimes of the British Empire. However, when the conversation shifts to the ongoing racism Black people face and the atrocities of European colonialism, these same groups often turn a blind eye. Ironically, some of these nations practice racism against Black people, sometimes with tactics worse than those of their former colonizers. In my opinion, Black people should focus more on addressing our own issues rather than seeking acceptance from others.

Case in point, Morocco one of the best experiences I've had and a majority of the people I encountered in Marrakech were my complexion or darker.

As African Americans we need to remember to be respectful of other peoples cultures because everyone is different. Even is places like china where they may want to touch your skin and hair most of the people there are not disrespectful and tend to want to marry black men and women as well. We are all human beings and we just need to educate each other about each other. Hip hop has really damaged our images as black people. In the rap song African Americans are call each other niggas and so when we go overseas they want to do the same thing. We need to change our image starting with respecting our women and men. Not glorifying drugs and alcohol and putting our families first. Maybe even dress different to visibly be able to identify as someone different from the average street hood person. These practices can help you become psychologically stronger and more resilient against racism and all forms of hate. It's possible! You can’t change the world, but you can change your perspective! I’ve been honing my mind, and now, every time someone acts racist or weird towards me, I feel nothing consistently.
That said, it's completely valid to feel the pain and trauma from your experiences. Your feelings matter. If you haven’t already, I encourage you to consider speaking to a mental health professional who can help you navigate these feelings. Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to face it alone.
Use the negativity you encounter to forge an impenetrable mind. It’s unlimited negative energy-convert it into something powerful! Smile at the chaos. I’m praying for you, my friend.
