Beautiful as always. The future of this mall is uncertain with Macy's potentially leaving within the next year or so. Yet, the small businesses have really step up where major corporations have fallen back. I will say though the food @ Concord Mall beats most, not many malls where you have too many choices anymore.
Hey just wondering, could you do a tour possibly of the moorestown mall sometime soon? I haven’t been in there in a while and I want to see the current condition of it. I heard it’s doing much better than before so hopefully that’s true.
@@jeremyud I remember waaaay back in the 90s that was Bradless/Contempo Casuals and some cheap clothing store whose name I forgot Makes me sad. This is one of my childhood malls...
So sad that it's so empty now! I grew up at this mall and while the new owners have done a good job with maintenance and upkeep and the space is looking nice, it doesn't appear that they are having success bringing more retailers in... I'd hate to see this place close but it doesn't seem promising.
It's actually not doing all that terrible. New tenants are moving in, but unfortunately at about the same rate others are leaving. It's at least maintaining, even if the level it maintains is a little sad.
@@RawRealRetail yeah, it’s still open after almost two years of a pandemic, which is NOT something I’d predicted! I just hope they can find something to go into the old Sears space, as I’m sure that hurts traffic in that entire end of the mall!
@@RawRealRetail I call this the "treading in water" period of Concord Mall. Mom and Pop places are keeping this mall to an occupation level around the 45 to 55 percent level. At least for now. If ChikFilA leaves, this mall is seriously screwed.
Beautiful mall. Really like the skylight and the fountain is unique.

I didn't think there were too many good options, but it does have the best pizza you can find within 50 miles at Cafe Riviera!
Awesome Video! I'll be heading down to this mall on Saturday.
Great video
Pretty mall! 👍

Once we're out of the holiday season, that sounds like a fine idea.
damn...the whole Sears area is about gone.
Yep. Fast Feet is going, so is Hallmark. All that will be left in that area is Spencer's and Bonefish Grill.

I forgot about Contempo.
