man the VAs are clearly having a hard time keeping those voices up lol, it's kind of amazing to think about how long they've been playing these characters
But what's curious about that is, later on in the arc, they do heighten the pitch of the voice and it sounds 1 for 1 with OG Naruto. But these first few do sound as if they're playing their Shippuden/Boruto era versions of the characters
Yeah unlike the JP Voice actors where it's not that hard for them to keep their voices High and pitch up, you can see here that in the Dub they are really having a hard time trying to tackle this characters in there Young version again. But it's understandable since they have been doing this characters like almost 20 years now.
@@danielvddc7807 Even the Japanese version doesn't sound like they used to. Naturally, this is because they are older. It's difficult to replicate precisely the same voice. Even the Simpsons voice actors characters sound slightly older than they used to. Although as the previous comment pointed out, this is just one scene. The actors adjusted like the Japanese.

The only things that made this arc perfect for me was Jiraiya and a bit of nostalgia from the Konoha 11. The rest was trash.

That’s actually why I think Naruto was attracted to Sakura so much. Since babies during pregnancies have a sense of familiarity with their mothers based on thei voice and Kushina was also loud and hot headed. Therefore I’m sure that deep in his mind, Sakura reminded Naruto of his mama and that his attraction to her was familial, which he initially mistook as romantic.
Side Note, Sakurawas practically like an older sister to Naruto
