About Nestle Pre Nan
Nestlé Pre NAN is a spray-dried infant formula with DHA-ARA for premature/ low birth weight infants during and after hospital discharge. Pre NAN contains Whey protein and MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides). Whey Protein is easy to digest, and MCT helps to improve an infant’s growth. Nestlé develops infant nutrition products backed by evolving science and research.
Optimal Preparation: Careful and hygienic preparation of infant milk substitute is most essential for health. Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infant. Do not use more scoops than directed since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant.
Storage: Close the lid tightly after each use and always store this airtight container in a cool and dry place. After opening, use the contents within 3 weeks or the expiry date, whichever is earlier. Safety Warnings: Infant milk substitute should be used only on a health worker's advice as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use.

At what age or weight should we make the transition from pre nan to nan proper. I have a few tins on pre nan left and my baby is about 4kg now at two months with a birth weight of 1.8kg. should I continue using pre nan till I finish all my pre nan tins or should I just discard them and buy nan. Thanks.
I think you should check with baby’s pediatrician. In my understanding you can finish up remaining tins of pre-Nan and than switch to Nan. But again I am not a medical professional.
