Hi uncle,so far,i haven' t seen any rats yet but a snake,yes i found one before ,curled in one of the chickens eggs nest.the land is next to the rice field. So cobras and other species are very common around the area .we are very care ful with snakes as they are poisonous,we'd been here for tenyears.i have n't anyone that had snake bites yet its hard to avoid the rats and snakes.even into a concrete wall they can still go through.
