Don't flame me for this, but I played on faux-bass on Rock Band 2. Watching you play and looking at the real tabs, they make it harder in the game, I guess to make it more fun. The chart they display in the game is really exaggerated.

I'd make a vid but I don't play bass in real life, I play guitar. A lot of real musicians say that some songs are harder in these video games than they actually are in real life. A lot of the time they just exaggerate the difficulty to make it "fun" for the game.

Yeah it would work fine. But the way Ben plays it is sliding one finger along the top C and G strings so the "authentic" tuning is CGCG.

I reckon it would work in CGCF tuning. You don't appear to hit the highest string, so there wouldn't be much of a difference.
