The reason Junko's VA cried is because the concert hall is "Makuhari Messe".
They were scheduled to sing there in March 2020. However, due to the influence of COVID-19, it was suddenly canceled a few days before the concert. On the day the cancellation was decided, Maki Kawase (Junko's VA) returned home, and the moment she put away her lesson shoes, her tears shed and she kept crying alone, she said.
However, they continued the lesson for almost a year, believing that they could sing at "Makuhari Messe" again someday.
And in February 2021, it was decided to hold a concert at Makuhari Messe. However, due to the influence of COVID-19 again, it was suddenly changed to a small separate venue. (Because the emergency itself was declared just before, the movement of people was restricted)
For them, "Makuhari Messe" is a "symbol of unfulfilled dreams" that has been robbed many times.
So, this will be Ekima Stadium Revenge for the VA's themself
And will be a perfect moment for Sakura's VA yells "REVENGE" at the beginning of that concert
All these "Revenge" concept makes even more sense for these seiyuus now

The final episode of ZSR, the day Franchouchou sang at EFS. It is displayed as March 8, 2020 in the anime.
March 8, 2020 in the real world was the day of the voice actor concert that was canceled due to the influence of COVID-19.
The production staff made the anime with various "revenge" messages.

Tae Yamada's past/backstory was shown there so I doubt that they'll show her story in the anime. Although, there might be a slight chance that they'll make an ova or a movie about it, it's not confirmed or anything so dont get your hopes up.
