So basically the thing is- Break your figure in basic shapes and draw a light source and just see the sides of the shapes facing away from the light source and shade it

Think of the body as a cube, we can draw cubes from every angle NOW but not in kindergarten, a little practice and the human body will be as easy to draw as a cube from various angles
