When you are in a real estate presentation, remember, you have mixed viewers who are either outside the Philippines or over there who are well-versed in English. Prepare first and do not just say things para may masabi lang. Gaya ng French, American, barn doors. Look at architectural books to get basic information on parts like eave, ledge, transom, cantilever, etc. Won't hurt you.
