"It's on our street!" 🌪️ An apparent tornado was spotted in Fort Lauderdale, whipping up debris before causing sparks to fly. #shortsvideo #shortvideo #shorts #tornado #florida
Yea it’s not a tornado. A water spout. Wind isn’t that strong and their windows are tougher than ours. And Who hasn’t been in deadly tornadoes. I’m from Oklahoma by the way lol.
i live in midwest and thats a cute tornado but dude imagine living down middle south :/ midwest tornados are like baby tornados lol @@metaldiscipline3955

As a Missourian I’ll tell you myself that tornadoes aren’t anything to mess with but that doesn’t stop the majority of us to sit on our porches and watch and this happens at least 4-5 a year
My dad lives exactly where it lifted up. He said there really wasn’t much damage to the houses. It’s a wealthy neighborhood and the homes all have solid walls, roofs, and windows. He think that boat on the left sunk though because there was a mast in the water.
to all of the people saying that it was just a waterspout: this was confirmed to be a tornado. there was actually an outbreak of them across Florida that day
All these tornado experts trying to say they should take cover. That tornado won’t do shit to any building other than some siting damage or something like that.
I love how people are like "get downstairs", do you know how long it takes to climb down stairs from this floor height? They might as well stay there and accept fate, y'all don't comprehend how fast a tornado goes through, you don't get to go downstairs. If you're not in a 1 or 2 story house with a basement, you can't just teleport to safety, you're screwed. Where I live there ARE no underground or safe shelters for tornadoes, olaces like Florida and Texas and Arizona, we never got tornadoes so we don't have shelters built for them. Basements are not even a thing where I live and our houses are made of oaper mache (drywall is basically paper and plaster, with a layer of stucco on the outside) if it's too windy here my house starts to come apart, if we had a tornado here suddenly, there would be nowhere to hide, I don't even have an interior room anywhere, my house is too small. If you're on the 10th floor of an apartment building or hotel, there's no physical way to get downstairs before that tornado hits, it's absolutely pointless, it's okay to let people just stand there and accept their fate, they aren't dumb for it, they're being realistic. This isn't out on the ol' farm like y'all kansas and oklahoma rednecks with your big basements and cellars, these people are in a city that doesn't typically get tornadoes that often and has no infrastructure to protect people from tornadoes. Welcome to real life, it's not a movie, sometimes there is no safe contingency and you can only stand and document the situation so at least when someone finds your body and video they know what happened and maybe you get to leave a message for your loved ones. Y'all really think life is a movie and everyone can magically get to a safe place from danger, that's not how reality works. Get your heads out of your asses, there was NOWHERE to go in time. Nowhere. Might as well stand by the window and just take it when it comes. Plus do you even see a single car or roof blowing around? The only thing it hits is a power line, if that's a legit tornado, it's too small to even rio anything off the building it just passed, so wtf is it going to do to tje building the people are in here? 😂 Nothing, that's what. It's a fucking dust devil or water spout. Weirdos.
It's more of a water spout than a really strong tornado, but tornadoes in Florida are going to be a thing. It's called climate change lmao people really don't want to listen... Places are getting crazy new weather because everyone wants to lie and say climate change isn't real and there's no problem, so everyone can be lazy and keep littering and wasting water all day and all the cozy conveniences of life y'all don't want to give up. Now this is what happens, not sure why everyone is surprised, we've only been discussing it for the last 30 or 40 years. We're getting tornadoes and hailstorms in Arizona that we've never, ever had before, you're not even supposed to be able to get a tornado in mountainous terrain, but they're popping up because the earth having less water and climate control makes the wind blow crazier and take new paths it isn't supposed to take, it's changing all the rules. We get snow in hot places where it never, ever snowed my entire life until now. Sometimes we get snowstorms in Arizona while Pennsylvania is having a mid-winter heat wave, the opposite of what is supposed to happen. And this is what we just have to deal with, if people refuse to change the way we do things to protect the environment. This is clear proof of the climate shifting and people really want you to believe it's not happening.
Honestly pretty common. Most don't make it "tornado" and are just water spouts that disperse on land. But weak tornados aren't uncommon. Stronger ones can be a little rare.
Probably don't stand next to a window during a tornado.
Bro you can see the wind gauge on the balcony... it was blowing 5-10... and its a water spout not tornado.....
Camera women don't die tho.
Bro it's Florida. A lot of windows there are hurricane proof.

Like Florida's insurance premiums. "It just went up!" Homeowners are getting crushed and just like that the insurance carriers are gone.
Can anyone tell these people aren't originally from Florida? Northeast is my guess! Lol 😂
Check The Dog Out Started Growling!!😂🤭
It's called a water spout lol
No, this was confirmed as a tornado

Tornadoes are technically invisible since you can't see wind. What you see is debris, water/mist, etc.
