Some of the presets may have been introduced in a recent update. We're using AE 2023.

Go to the Text layer, create a POSITION Animator, set the Y position right under your composition (I set mine to X 0.0 and Y 1000.0 for reference) and then under Range Selector 1 create a START keyframe at the start of the comp (frame 0) at 0%, then go to 1 second (frame 30 is what I used for mine) and set another keyframe to 100%. Should give you the same result, the one Jordan used on this video is just a preset already made but you can definitely do it manually.
