I was far from being born at the time when Julie Vega passed away suddenly (I was born in 1993 so 8 years after she died). To me, her death is so mysterious, yet very tragic and devastating what had happened to her. At 12:30 of your video, that part where you didn't understand what her spirit had said - from my interpretation, it sounded like she said "Nahilo ako", in translation is "I felt dizzy". If you're speaking of an Ouija board, yes, it is possible to communicate with spirits that way. I personally do not like them, though. I prefer using (ITC) Instrumental Trans-Communication as I like being able to hear spirits communicating. It also makes it a bit easier for me to judge what kind of an entity is coming through.
