Hi Costas! Filipino here, I just came across your video as I was watching clips on TH-cam about Julie Vega. I was far from being born at the time when Julie Vega passed away suddenly (I was born in 1993 so 8 years after she died). To me, her death is so mysterious, yet very tragic and devastating what had happened to her.
At 12:30 of your video, that part where you didn't understand what her spirit had said - from my interpretation, it sounded like she said "Nahilo ako", in translation is "I felt dizzy". She was probably expressing what she was feeling when her health suddenly deteriorated.

"im scared here" "there are many wars". hope people will understand that the war between heavenn and demons is still going on. probably julie vega is one of the warriors of heaven now. she said she is with the one, and she mentioned "upstairs" because heaven is multi layered with the first 3 layers as the abode of God and all immortals. she is a new baby there probably because she is no longer just a soul but an immortal soul. she also expresses "i want to be there" something like she wanted to help costas. the reason might be that costas has a low protection for himself and this "communication system" is attracting the dark forces like they want there hands on this and the communication system is not so perfect yet causing the chopping effect of the voices. i do know that when the sound has an echoing effect then the spirits there is inside the communication room with an ivory stone stand and the panel place on top that opens up the visuals of the soul being able to see what they want to see on earth while they are communicating. the metalic ringing and banging sound indicates that the spirit communicating is on the million sun chamber area near the portal for reincarnation.
