ToGLA is actually possible too. If you watch the video, "JTOH: Tower of Ground Level Ascension (Damageless)" by Masterpopgames, you will need to clip out of the tower at halfway. You need to do a long walk to the lobby to get speed. Then clip back in and do the tower regalarly but try to alternate with your speed. The near the end you need to lag high jump into a platform. Touching the winpad won't kick you out. Missed Towers

Let's appreciate how far Scouthex has come. He went from taking ~150 attempts on a remorseless tower (with the challenge) to beating a catastrophic (with the challenge) in ~100 attempts.
if you want to save time for some reason, ToX is impossible at floor 2, there is a killbrick sphere that you have to jump on, if you somehow passed that, floor 3 is impossible too. There is a killbrick you have to walk the boxes, and there is no non-killbrick platforms other than a box that is impossible to jump to without damage. ToTEM is impossible at floor 3. You have to walk on a killbrick that you could not jump. Well you probably could ladder jump with TPose but i am too lazy to do that.

Posted this theory before but now we have a heli glide glitch. By attempting to do a heli clip and not clipping all the way you can glide through walls, making ToYV and maybe ToP possible. This might be usable for other towers but this glitch should work for these two.
i said at the start of the video that any glitch that goes against the purpose of the challenge is not allowed heli glide allows us to essentially beat every ascending non wacky frame tower in the game, which means almost all the classic towers and some newer ones
im gonna copy and paste a comment i put into a joke video about tofaf damageles cuz im funni!!! (this is really long btw and im not sure if its even allowed lol) no joke, this tower is actually possible damageless. here is how its possible: before you go in the tower, you need the "linked sword", which you can buy in the forgotten ridge's shop (you will see why). after you enter the tower, make sure you have experience with a method called "lag switching" (there is a video called "The craziest cheese in jtoh", check it out for the tutorial of it). btw, if you walk on kbs with a client sided character and do the glitch, you take damage, so do the glitch while standing on a normal part, then fall off. you can go straight to f5 (im not taking in consideration CP's but i think its possible to get the CP's anyways), then land on a 1 stud platform. after you land there, do a jump while using heli powers (going backwards instead of dropping into the kb walk), then do a climb jump until you reach the end of the wall that sticks to the 1 stud platform. since its a 1 stud wall, you can clip trough it, but if you jump (heli clip requires it), you take damage from the cealing, so you need to sword item clip trough and end up past the kb walk, then continue the tower normally until you see another kb walk (under the net), and this requires a very inconsistent climb with t pose (twice) then do it again with 1 stud kbs, then do it again with another kb walk, then jump to the slanted platform near the start of f6. now, do the lag switch to end up on f6's conveyor (be careful), after that you have the f7 maze, and its much harder than the CoWN "clone" of it. you need to lodge in almost every jump you do so gl. after you pass that nightmare, you end up on f8, do 2 very long jumps and then do the lag switch to end up on the start of f10. then, continue the tower normally (while avoiding kbs) before you hit the roof of f10, climb the slanted part to avoid the roof, then do another inconsistent climb to avoid the kb walk, then do a really hard wrap, climb the edge of the kb with t pose again, and drop off to the winpad. scouthex wont do it lol its like horrific or unreal anyways but its still funny how its possible
my idea was to heli clip outside the frame and then do a mid air heli clip (if that is even possible) into the winpad location but of course it skips checkpoints

scout, ToSP is possible without damage (i think). you can lag heli clip through the back wall. then, you need to clip 2 more times on top of the entry to the secret room, then do it normally and see if its possible. that will make ToSP possible (probably).

scout, ToSP is possible without damage (i think). you can lag heli clip through the back wall. then, you need to clip 2 more times on top of the entry to the secret room, then do it normally and see if its possible. that will make ToSP possible (probably).
