This charger th-cam.com/users/postUgkxknS1MWclRHOKWekYXnBJz8Ex0rEPnrGF works great with the DCB205 and DCB203, I've charged both a few times without issue. After I'd searched for a while this was the best value charger I found and it's new, boxed up well, and it's built as well as any charger I've had.

Anyone gonna do this to their packout, I highly suggest replacing the machine screws your inlet will most likely come with, with 8-32's and nuts.

I put 2 of the same Milwaukee chargers on the inside attached to the underside of the lid, I know want to keep the tray so you could put 1 on instead.

I have a similar setup in the rolling tool box with 3 Milwaukee chargers and the same Makita dual bay charger. I spliced everything in for a clean setup.
I would definitely suggest never charging with the lid closed though. Those chargers need airflow to keep cool and cool the batteries.

Very good point! Ive had the batteries get hot and have therefore started cracking the top. Even thought about adding a computer fan to the side or something to move the air.

@@todaysrandomexperience6869 Yes, that'd help a lot. The best setup for that would be just like a computer case: in intake vent on a bottom side, and exhaust on the opposite top.

If you mount chargers on side of box you could fit 4 or 5 in there

Not a bad idea. I want to leave them loose so I can bring chargers for the tools im using on any given day. I can add extra chargers for one brand if I know I have a heavy day that day.

Also, I carve my name/initials in all my batteries. Just use a metal scribe and always in the same place. This way no one can erase it.
