- DESCRIPTION: Devki Group of Companies is the brainchild of Dr. Narendra Raval, who started off as a hardware owner in Gikomba, before going on to build one of the largest manufacturing companies in Kenya.
We visited one of the multiple factories under the Devki Group of Companies, Maisha Mabati Mills in Ruiru, where Maisha Mabati and Devki nails are manufactured
This is an inside look of how Maisha Mabati and nails are manufactured.
This is amazing for Kenya, and especially I love the tribal balance 💯
This is incredible. Congratulations to team DEVKI GROUP and cheers to more growth💯
Now this is NEWS.
You need to give entrepreneurs more airtime compared to politicians.
Good job.
Meanwhile environmental impact should be considered.
I will be happy to see them doing something about it
The best company ever worked here for 7 years now
We need more of these. Lets learn and build on these efforts to assure we transform. Maintain enabling attractive environment for positive progress. Thumbs up.
Of course HR lazima akuwe mkamba kwa Indian company
Bythe way😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😅😅😅😅
Good work
I can understand his 25 year comment. Good for him
Good job, DEVKI
My cousin brother work in this company at Engineer post 🧑✈️
Great, grow massive
Now it's understandable why KPLC pockets ksh. 1 billion monthly.
KPLC is a joke
Galsheet does Mabati too
How are going Korean way of factories
Home grown managers as depicted in Jim Collins works 4 4:26
Workers on the line needs safety glasses all the time
The HR knows it all
They speak well and pay employees peanuts. Very useless
We need to see an increase in exports to different African countries of this mabati, nails and clinker to boost our exports...let's stop calling Kenya an import economy
But ruto akiweka taxes on imports mnalia how will you necome an exporter if you are still importing
@@williamwatitwa3534 it's very hard to understand Kenyans. dollar ikienda chini, they want to import more than exports...dollar ikienda juu wanasema zakayo...
The nonsense in all this despite clinker production locally, no reprieve in better cement prices. Importing clinker from south africa gives better prices than clinker mined locally at throw away price. Yes, devki creates employment but if the consumer cannot enjoy benefits of having factories closer then what is the need. Getting a product from samburu and living in kitui is same as buying from the plant in kitui
Looks more of an ad.
Hawa wahindi ni maumbw sana.wanyanyasaji wakuu😢😢😢
Boss. Kuwa mpole
Were you forced to work for them? Wewe ndo kondoo! Why hasn't your father started his company ile haina mambwa? Jinga type!
Nipewe kazi huko hata mimi to be trained. Am not a slow learner
Antiquated technology, too much government protection, poor quality products, and poor worker remuneration and working conditions. That is what Devki stands for.

They are making a lot of money paying workers less and unsustainable in daily life, don't talk of the happiness of individual fool buyers,we should talk about small scale consumer end of chain price😮😮😮
