Don’t you have to unplug the battery before you start working to avoid damage ?

All Microsoft surface no need to unplug battery’s but (Go series) must remove battery flex

I have an issue like this initially this stoped working 4 me so, I starting using the additional ports u can use 4 chargin but those have been acting weird and not working no matter what charger or angle or anything I do I can’t charge it my mom says that maybe the battery died like the actual battery but I think it’s just this. Pls help @Phono Tech Solutions

If it’s working so your laptop charging port perfect then if battery not charging it problem with the battery you have to replace only battery 🙏
