Thank you! I was worried she'd maybe not want to be dragged along, and not having experienced totality before myself I wasn't sure how much pressure to apply. Thankfully she is usually down for an adventure, I was so so so grateful to be able to experience it with her and I wouldn't have been able to live with myself taking that experience home alone.
If you guys DIDN'T get emotional I'd be asking "What's wrong with you?!" It was absolutely beautiful. I had to watch it on the TV but WGN, Demetrius Ivory and Tom Skilling did a good job with showing different places of totality. Great video! Thank you for sharing.

Both! Hahaha but really there was a noticeable uptick in bird chirping and nearby frogs croaking like we'd see in the evening and mornings! Henry got sleepy too! Really surreal.
