Eminem picks the worst beats by far. The problem with Nas is he stayed as a Street poet when people wanted a catchy hook and fire beat. So you'll listen to a Nas album and think it's a bit meh compared to the beats that Kendrick & Kayne had at the time. His run with Hit-Boy did put the weak beats narrative to bed to be fair
