So if they were being chased by Hollywood police then ended up by Miami Gardens Drive perhaps they actually went south on I-95 instead of North. Which makes no sense to me to head further into Miami instead of further out. This appears to be what happened though. Must be a spot they consider safe nearby.

Gestured to the biker to get off at the next exit which is another parkway. I also get off and do 10 on the exit ramp with the cop on my ass trying to get around me.
