Bagpipes in America are as good as in Scotland. The street is wider than Scotland.
One of them thought he was playing a Lambegh Drum.
Some of the worst Pipe Bands that I've ever seen.
Some of them were nice.
Yes they were bad, as is usual for America. They give bagpipes the bad reputation they have for a lot of people. One time this parade had the Strathclyde Police. That was back in '99. I had just happened to be in New York City that day.
Then go show everyone how it's done!
