Hey man, wonder if you're seeing these comments. I've had a Freshed (3rd gen) "Electric Bass" (not Personal Bass) for about 10 years. It was a nightmare to play before I learned how to set my instruments up and it languished in the netherworld of my Dad's loft. I mean, the action was ridiculously high and the electronics were dodgy. Anyway, I pulled it down because I found out that they go for a good £200-£350, so I decided to clean it up, set it up and sell it on. I filed the nut almost down to the neck and suddenly, like magic it play beautifully. The electronic problem was just the ground wasn't properly soldered. So, that's sorted. Well anyway, having done all that, I played it last night with my band for the first time. I'm absolutely floored. It plays great, it sounds great, it's my new favourite bass. Question is, what should I do with the electronics? I'm thinking I might get some Aguilar pickups, but if I replace the pups, should I also replace the pots? And if I replace the pots, should I just wholesale replace the entire electronics system? What you reckon?
Sebastian Siaca the Greco super real are excellent Yes. They are in a higher league than this of course. But in terms of cost vs performance this fresher is excellent.

Have you ever played the JB800 super real ? Are they worth getting ?
