I'm bored, let's write some lore! Tails's soul, with the help of that blue haired kid that came through earlier, had managed to break free from Xeno's control. He thought for a moment, "If he could win alone, then maybe if I had help, I could too!" It didn't take long for him to find a chaos emerald, which was quite the stroke of luck. He tried to the best of his ability, to call out to it. What was it shadow always said? "Chaos... Control!" Yeah, that sounded right. Just like that, a portal manifested in front of him. Maybe, just maybe, it would get him the allies he was looking for. Cautiously, he stepped into the portal. He found himself in what seemed to be Stardust speedway. "Strange..." Tails noted. "There's no one here." at that moment, he saw someone off in the distance. It looked like... Himself? wondering how something like that was possible, he ran towards them. Eventually, his suspicions were confirmed. It was, in fact, himself. Just... Not. torn to pieces. the other tails saw him, and recoiled. "What the hell?!" he seemed just as confused. "What.. are you?" the other version of him asked. "I'm you." He responded. "But, you're..." Tails already knew what he was thinking. "Dead? Torn in pieces?" "Yes. that." The two of him stood in silence for a moment, before Tails(the not dead one) spoke again. "how did you get here?" OG Tails spoke again. "With the help of this." He pulled out the chaos emerald. "You have a chaos emerald?" Starved!Tails responded, before continuing. "Well, there's no way you just came here. I'd be willing to bet that you're after something." "You'd be right. I'm here to get help. My sonic, I'm not sure why, but he did this to me. He also did similar to Knuckles and Eggman." "Well, what do you want me to do?" "I need help to defeat him. OG tails added. Everyone knew the plan, and they were ready. "Alright, Tailses! It's time to do this. I'm going to open the portal, and I'm willing to bet that my Sonic's gonna be ready for us the moment we step through. Just remember, as long as we all stand together, He doesn't stand a chance!" They all readied themselves, and OG tails made the call. "Chaos Control!" The portal opened, and they entered. *Let the finale begin* Sonic.EXE stood above, and looked down on the group of tails before him. He laughed, getting their attention. "How cute. The fox brought some friends." OG tails pointed, and gave his challenge. "You can't beat all of us!" "How would you like to test that?" "Bring it on." The fight began. Team Tails had the upper hand, with 10 members, and 4 Chaos emeralds. But just as things were starting to go their way, Things went dark. All Tails could hear were screams, all his own, yet not from his mouth. He heard a voice call out. "Oh you poor little souls, did you forget? *There are just as many of us as there are of you* “ Then Tails regained sight, only to be met with 2 more sonics, both looking further from the sonic he knew than whatever had happened to his. What his sonic had said sent a shiver down his spine, but he wouldn't let that stop him. He fought on, until another flash, replacing the 2 with 3, once again, different. He fought on, despite being surrounded. After one hell of a fight, especially for having 1 arm, and not being able to fly, things went dark. But this time, the light never returned. But suddenly, 3 magenta, iridescent crystals started glowing. The light revealed the figure of... No. No, no, no. That couldn't be right. Sonic was responsible for this. ... Wasn't he? Why was he here? how was he here? It didn't make sense. It just didn't. Make. Sense. He kept repeating it to himself. "This can't be right. This can't be right. THIS CAN'T BE RIGHT!" But just as things seemed at their bleakest, the light returned. And what it revealed, was something he never could have expected. Every single one of them. All under "Sonic's" control. And it was all his fault. He'd led them to their demise. And now he faced the consequences. And at that moment, things went dark again. He heard the voice of "Sonic". "Don't you see now? It doesn't matter how many you bring. I will always win. Because *I am god.*" The gaze of this so-called god lit the room, if you could even call this void around them a room. All hope seemed lost. And things went dark once again. He thought to himself. It had all been for nothing. But just as quick as hope had been lost, it was found once again. The chaos emerald lit in his hand, and Sonic's soul appeared by his side. It was his time to shine. He thought back on all the friends he'd made, and was filled with the hope he had before. Everything up until this moment didn't matter anymore. It was just Him against a god. And He didn't intend on losing. But. All good things must come to an end. Suddenly, he felt a surge of pain throughout his body. He wasn't supposed to be able to feel pain, he was dead. But then, it hit him. It was happening again. The chaos emerald fell, and so did he. *And things went dark for the last time.*

THIS COVER ACTUALLY GOES HARD ASF, also seeing Luther there makes my heart grow, I’m so happy to see him used, a good ending where all of the Tails’ may die but back him up as well as Tails goes hyper and wins would be fucking sick.
Amazing cover, I like how it displays Xenophanes' arrogance and ego, he really was a God. However, I don't believe that this is the end of Tails' journey, with enough determination, he'll one day escape this madness, somewhere new and away from this Hell. But for now, he still got at least 50 more fangames to go through for another chance. R.I.P. Tails Doll, and also the other Tails, but mainly Tails Doll. He was too cute to die. 😢

For context: In Spirit's of Hell, one of the routes can get you a crossover with another version of Tails from the Nightmare Universe (JayizKoys' version of Sonic.EXE). The Tails in that universe doesn't want to see another corrupted universe and so helps brings that Tails back to his original universe where he'll have another showdown with Exeller. He also informs Tails about the timelines and that time in his universe seemed to be repeating which allows him to get stronger and survive more and more of Exeller's attacks
This cover honestly sounds great same for the lore implications and along with the art. I liked this a lot, and glad you didn't change the lyrics too much either. 🎉
Honestly, I hadn't even realized the sheer amount of exe Tails' there were, great cover. Also act 2 was definitely my favorite part personally, having 3 of my favorite sonic.exe equivalents, Lord X, Needlemouse, and Cyclops.
I love this cover so much. From the parts where Soul Tails’ voice is angelic in some parts to how the other Tails’ sound(Luther my beloved), you did a great job. Though I am curious, what vocals does Xenophanes mimic in Act 4?

I don’t know about that, he is very unpredictable and cunning, and Xeno and his pals might be surprised by his lack of fear, but at the end of the day, he still just two more tails to lank out at the end of the day. Unless if he somehow hack into Fatal Error and Rewrite (and the other AI exes), but then come the problem that CRAZY TAILS NOW GOT THE POWERS OF MULTIPLE GODS

I actually thought up some ideas and animations if this becomes playable: Zone 1: All the tails group up, with exe on a platform above, just like in this video. Zone 2: exe slashes at the group, cutting their numbers, and making the rest scatter. Zone 3: During the lyrics part, the opponents singing switches between all the other tails Zone 4: Tails is clutching the chaos emerald tightly, as it's the only thing keeping him safe. Solo: The other tails sing with him during the build up, in a harmony. Final zone: various spikes are pointing at tails, but they can't hurt him, as the chaos emerald provides a shield, then at the end, the emerald is knocked out of tail's hand, and the spikes move in quickly
Good Ending Concept. Just After Soul Tails dies yet again, Sunky’s red eyes appear though the dark. You killed his best friend, and now your gonna get your ass whooped by a CHILD. Because he is actually canonically VERY powerful, enough to kill even the toughest of EXE’s and what I can assume bring back the group with a chance to defeat the EXE’s. Xeno shouts out: “NO, YOU WERE NEVER IN CHARGE HERE. JUST, DIE!” However it was too late, despite the exe’s best attempts to thwart Sunky and the Tails’s plan. They not only whooped the exe’s asses, but nearly even killed some of them. Afterwards Sunky would commented that he needed to do something else and would drag all the EXE’s away in a comically large Bowl. *He was determined to make them all pay* (Milk but Sunky is Mad cover goes here)

The Tails in that universe doesn't want to see another corrupted universe and so helps brings that Tails back to his original universe where he'll have another showdown with Exeller. He also informs Tails about the timelines and that time in his universe seemed to be repeating which allows him to get stronger and survive more and more of Exeller's attacks

I actually thought up some ideas and animations if this becomes playable:
Zone 1: All the tails group up, with exe on a platform above, just like in this video.
Zone 2: exe slashes at the group, cutting their numbers, and making the rest scatter.
Zone 3: During the lyrics part, the opponents singing switches between all the other tails
Zone 4: Tails is clutching the chaos emerald tightly, as it's the only thing keeping him safe.
Solo: The other tails sing with him during the build up, in a harmony.
Final zone: various spikes are pointing at tails, but they can't hurt him, as the chaos emerald provides a shield, then at the end, the emerald is knocked out of tail's hand, and the spikes move in quickly

Just After Soul Tails dies yet again, Sunky’s red eyes appear though the dark.
You killed his best friend, and now your gonna get your ass whooped by a CHILD. Because he is actually canonically VERY powerful, enough to kill even the toughest of EXE’s and what I can assume bring back the group with a chance to defeat the EXE’s.
Xeno shouts out: “NO, YOU WERE NEVER IN CHARGE HERE. JUST, DIE!”
However it was too late, despite the exe’s best attempts to thwart Sunky and the Tails’s plan. They not only whooped the exe’s asses, but nearly even killed some of them.
Afterwards Sunky would commented that he needed to do something else and would drag all the EXE’s away in a comically large Bowl.
*He was determined to make them all pay*
