I think when we fall victim to shame we are ROBBED.
Through grace and works we come back to that point. that tipping point where we declare ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

You have such a gift! Thank you! I have a question, when people say heal your emotional wounds I don’t actually know how to do that. Can it be as simple as find out what the wounds are and then pursue a modality like your videos? I respect that some prefer talk therapy but I’ve never resonated with that personally
