I think you're probably right! After like my 10th time listen to it I absolutely love it now, it just needed to grow on me a bit lol
It's difficult to understand their lyrics and music videos without knowing about the lore, and even knowing it they keep surprising us, so it's better to know to not be confused. This song is from the perspective of the witnesses/people living in Strictland, the authoritarian government, asking for help to Halazia/Halateez. The lore in the music videos actually make me like the song even better lol also those big balls were at the concert in the latest US tour. It was right above the floor audience.

I think it’s great when reactors are able to stay away from all teasers and trailers leading up to the release because they don’t want spoilers but it might be helpful to plan to react to them all at once in the same video as the m/v either right before you watch it or at least afterwards so you can know what the heck it all means. 😊

Love your reaction and yes watch the teasers from the spin off it explains the entire MV also this particular MV has a lot of connections from previous MV's like the comper from eternal Sunshine that is seen at the end of Deja Vu where Yeosang is seen dropping it which causes it to break hince why in Halazia Yeosang is in chains. Also in Halazia notice there are four bells and then at the end there are four people which I believe are the witnesses but that's just my thoughts on the bells along with the four people at the end.
This song is outstanding. I definitely recommend that you react to the Fever Diary Film. That will help you A LOT with understanding the lore and therefore the mvs.
Atiny are torn in how to view this. But I believe HalaTeez sacrificed themselves and are now dead. They passed the fight over to ATEEZ to free people from Strictland’s mind control.
They’re trying to awaken your mind and free your emotions.

also i feel like jongho be getting sus , like theres that one part where his eye got a glare looking thing on it (making his eye look foggy) and then in the choreo , wooyoung only cuts jongho's arm and then separates san's arm from jongho's
