Nice job! I already bought a bush hog last year. This one is quite versatile.
Thanks! It’s does well with brush for sure but struggles a bit with thick pasture grass, oddly enough.
Excellent job, im scared to back in where I live because of how many rocks I have found.
I hear you. We have a lot of surface rock here too. Softball’ish size mostly. A little nerve wracking and super loud when I find them with the mower.
Nice! I love my ditch bank flail mower! It does a great job! What RPM were you running?
I wish mine would offset like a ditch mower so I could stay out of the brush. Run mine at 540.
Nice job, I hate the sound they make with larger sticks, but seems to survive
Thanks! Same here. I always worry I’m going to tear it up when that happens.
Nice work. New subs here. I'm headed out in a few minutes to do the same thing.
This thing might do better if u have a loader cutter pre cutting
Not sure I follow what you mean. A loader cutter? Like a LaneShark or something?
so you have to back in to the brush.
With the ground being soft and on a slope, it’s more of a safety thing for me than it is an equipment functionality thing.
Sounds cheap made! Too many rings, bells and clanks!
Most of that are the metal flaps that prevent object from coming forward. Most others just have dinky chains to do that. Mine has thick metal.
What type of machine are you running the flail mower on. What's the name of the fail mower
35-70 HP Mower: www.ironcraftusa.com/fmh-series-mower/
Tractor: Kioti CK3510SE
Well done. That was pretty brutal. Any damage to the flail mower?
Thank you! Not this time around luckily.
