I hear you. We have a lot of surface rock here too. Softball’ish size mostly. A little nerve wracking and super loud when I find them with the mower.

I wish mine would offset like a ditch mower so I could stay out of the brush. Run mine at 540.

Not sure I follow what you mean. A loader cutter? Like a LaneShark or something?
so you have to back in to the brush.
With the ground being soft and on a slope, it’s more of a safety thing for me than it is an equipment functionality thing.
What is tractors HP? And wide?

Sounds cheap made! Too many rings, bells and clanks!
Most of that are the metal flaps that prevent object from coming forward. Most others just have dinky chains to do that. Mine has thick metal.
