@@yaaatrice6173 so glad I could help🥰🥰🥰 as far as the cake… no ma’am I didn’t wrap it! It came straight out the freezer! After I piped it I put it straight in the freezer. Cakes are easier to work with/ handle and hard to mess up that way☺️….
@@yaaatrice6173 It depends on the destination, with my buttercream, if being outside it can last for a few hours away from direct sunlight. If inside a cool climate you have nothing to worry about. The client that got this bouquet in the video put hers on a shelf… yes cake and all lol…. And it still held up for about a week

@@BeingMrsMpagi honestly, I use artificial/silk flowers unless the customer ask specifically for fresh flowers. In that case please charge accordingly for fresh flowers. Yes it would be a lil heavier. In this video it’s a 4in (2 layers) but I wouldn’t go any higher than a 6in. Any other questions feel free to ask🥰
@@dnorton0927 thank you! And yes it’s a 4in cake! I used 2 layers but they were pretty thick (about 3in high). I also did a nice amount of buttercream in the middle. My customers like icing lol, so just take into account of icing as well for height. If you have any other questions I gladly can make a more detailed video
I’m trying to make a flower cake bouquet for my birthday. Where did you get the supplies from like the lace and the styrofoam shapes. Also what were the measurements of them?
@mzjolley I got the styrofoams from hobby lobby in the floral section… I believe the block is “10in and the circle one was 6in. Everything else (flowers,lace, floral wrapping paper) came from Amazon. Hope this helps!
@@Schuyler102 you better get on it 😂😂😂! Its called floral paper or floral wrapping paper. Amazon usually has a bundle where you get the paper, ribbon, butterflies etc some less than $20
