Coach, in practice you need to set up a freethrow competition. Groups of 4-5 rotate 3-4 players seriously heckling the shooter from under the bucket. The shooter has to hit 4 in a row to get out. Do a few rounds, then have the 4 best free throw shooters compete with the rest of the team heckling. The power dynamic on this team is way off, this could fix that, and improve our free throw shooting. We're not out of the championship conversation yet, but you need to figure out who the future champs on this team are, even if they aren't the former ones.
