Have been fans of Mother for a long time, but this series is what I like best. The steps and ingredients are very clear. We are not good cooker, in the past I love watching those many series of 肥媽吃平D, or DD but because Mother is cooking few dishes every time, just too difficult to follow, even though I played back many times to try to jot down notes and ingredients, still difficult to follow, it also left me no time to enjoy Mother's talking. One dish a time with detail steps is just wonderful. And we can cook the dishes she introduced especially in this pandemic period. Thanks a lot!!!

Pan-Fried Rack of Lamb Ingredients: Rack of lamb - (marinate as a whole rack or slice between bones into individual chops to shorten marinating time. Buy rack of lamb without the skin to lessen the lamb gamey smell. Preferably from New Zealand.) Foil paper - (with the shiny side facing up) Marinate Ingredients: Olive oil - 3 tbsp (Choose the type of olive oil specifically for cooking. Add this before any salty seasonings. Olive oil will loosen the meat for tender texture.) Rosemary - fresh or dried Thyme - fresh or dried Black pepper Light soya sauce - 1 tbsp or more (add in LAST) Soya sauce for steamed fish, optional Chicken seasoning powder, optional Mushroom seasoning powder, optional Fish seasoning powder, optional Methods: 1. Slice rack of lamb into chops. 2. In a bowl, add in all marinate ingredients. Add in light soya sauce LAST. Marinate for about 10 minutes. For rack of lamb, marinate about 20 minutes or poke holes in the lamb to speed up marinate time to about 15 minutes. 3. Heat up a pan, NO NEED to add oil as we will use the lamb oil from the fat to fry. Place and sit each lamb chop FAT SIDE down first side by side with the rest of the chops. Pan fry until fragrant, golden brown, and oil has released from the fat on MEDIUM heat. This will also lessen the gamey smell from the lamb. 4. Turn lamb chops onto the sides and pan fry until fragrant and golden brown. Do the same on the other sides. DO NOT fully cooked the lamb chops. Make sure it is STILL rare to medium-rare, (depending on your doneness preference) on the inside by comparing the firmness of the lamb chops to the firmness of your palm. 5. Quickly transfer lamb chops to the foil paper and wrap tightly. Let it sit for about 4 - 5 minutes. Serve.

Pan-Fried Rack of Lamb
Ingredients:
Rack of lamb -

有好多人的食物🐶狗隻不能食。會病。我有兩隻狗,當我有懷疑,便會上網搜尋🔍我習慣用糙米,打碎:紅羅白,半條番薯🍠鷄蛋,鷄腿或者牛肉煲較濃粥。1餐粥,2餐乾糧。每週一餐三文魚拌粥,每日大便正常2次,13歲🐶健康正常,毛髮軟滑。
