yes, they do these fan meetings, but I dont know exactly the conditions (maybe like you said after match ?)
C1nam0n after the match there is a que on the right of the stands where you can take pictures
after every match you can say hi to the winning team and take a picture with them, but sometimes not all the players show up, due to interviews/PGl etc
