hey brother so, what does evasion rate % mean? you have to add your evasion amount + your evasion rate %? so let's say 900 evasion + 20% evasion rate = 1080 evasion total?

Essentially the easiest way to do this is through Garmoth PVP Hit Rate Calculator: garmoth.com/character/UM90mA1JP4/pvp-hitrate
You can find it by going to your gear planner, on the left clicking on PVP Hit Rate Calculator.
With the new changes, people wont "miss" for 0 damage, but they will still miss for really low amount of damage.

Recently i decided to stsrt learn the stats and what they means and such but since PA announced a rework on evasion i dont see the point in all this. Stilll great info in this video!

There is a good chance Evasion will still be the play for all current Evasion classes. Also without a release date, could be months before the changes. Hopefully this helps people between now and then. Cheers!

@@Mrkitsith666 For PVE always go DR. No reason not to my guy. If you have EVA only though, with the changes you should still be all good
