    honstly i have learned much from these playlist so Thanks for your Efforts, but i have a question on practical life scenario, i have four v90 drives controlled by S7 1500 cpu and lately i have randomly errors on two of them (HW Limit exceeds) while this is not occured , aslo from where i can know the real cause (is from Drive monitor Error Code or from the Commissioning Tab inside TO or from the PLC CPU diagnostic buffer )

      If you are not using the HW Limit but it is causing trouble, please check P29300, it could be set = 6. If you are using HW Limit, properly check the sensor flicking.

    Hello, I hope you can help me.
    I have an engine BG65S from dunkermotoren that i command with a driver PDC1000 and a PLC S7-1500, thanks to your video i learned how to create the telegram 750 and read the torque value but i got a Word value (that is supposed to be a torque value in Nm but not) and i see that you are using a LReal.
    How did you get this value ? Did you convert it ?
    Thank you

      Once you activate Telegram 750, and download the configuration, your TO can read out the torq value, as shown in video 10:21. But different brand would do slightly different for preparing the data for telegram 750, many be doing % of the fully torque (full torque is your motor full torq, e.g 10.5 Nm), or the actual torque Nm value.

      Hello thank you for your first answer. I verified the unit in the settings of my TO and it should be in Nm. After discussing in the siemens forum, it seems that my word value represent a torque purcentage as you said (so 16383 should be 100% of my available torque). I would like to retrieve a Nm value from it. My engine got a rated torque of 0,53 Nm (maximum 1,7) but there is a reductor of I = 100 so finally i got 38,69 Nm (based of the user manual of the engine), the point is that i'm not sure of the accuracy of this purcentage and i would not like to calculate the value in Nm from it, i am afraid that after too much calculation i will not have a torque value i can trust. If possible the best should be to directly have the value in Nm (LReal) from the telegram to have the best accuracy.

    Can use Torque Limiting for unwind and rewind machine ?

    • @electricalautomation
      @electricalautomation  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, torque reduction is a common function while you are using speed to control tension for winders
