Yeah, when I think of Wario's voice his MK64 voice is the first thing that pops to mind. It has that greedy, conniving sound to it that fits Wario perfectly. His deeper voice just doesn't fit him at all imo. Though to be quite honest, his best voice was the one from the old Mario Land/Wario Land commercials.
Sooooooo... Warioware Gold had fully voice acted cutscenes in 5 different languages,and with the new game incoming it seems that it's going to become a staple of the franchise. But then why don't the normal Mario games follow this trend? I know Sunshine did it,but why couldn't they bring back the voice acting in future games? I would love to hear Mario and Luigi actually speaking full sentences and not just "Let's-a Go!" "Okidoki"
@@traviscunningham7062 I can see why many people don't want it,and honestly I partially agree with them: Mario is a gameplay-based series,the story usually isn't the #1 priority,but on the other hand it would be very nice to see if full voice acting could work(I'm talking about future games,don't bring up Sunshine). I'm not saying that they SHOULD do it,they're the devs and they decide what's better for Mario,and let's be honest, 3D World is awesome BECAUSE it's just pure gameplay,but it would be cool.

Honestly Galaxy is my favorite Mario game because it’s the only story based game, and it added cool mechanics such as the spin attack, actual power ups, gravity, a Mario character with backstory, and a orchestrated soundtrack. Btw, I didn’t really like the sequel. It felt like a expansion and it lacked the space feel from the first game. But I’m happy that the secret worlds in Mario 3D World brought the space feel back!

If I had to rank all the 3D Mario games: 9)64(I didn't like it at all,the physics and controls are wonky,but it's the 1st 3D game so that's expected) 8)3D Land(My 1st game ever,loved it every single level) 7)Bowser's Fury(Has the potential to be the future of 3D Mario,but I don't like to compare it to the others) 6)64 DS(Improved everything the og did well and adjusted everything the og did wrong) 5)Sunshine( it was a great sequel to 64 and aside from the Blue Coins it's really fun) 4)Galaxy 2(more linear in comparison to Galaxy 1,but still a blast) 3)Galaxy 1(It was my JAM as a kid) 2)3D World(5 playable characters? Count me in! And the music is pretty sweet) 1)Odyssey(great music,great story,massive and sprawling open maps,divine movement options and all the hype I had back in 2017 was worth it) Meanwhile for the Mario&Luigi series: 5)Paper Jam(great,but it was still a waste of potential) 4)Superstar Saga(short and easy aside from Ludwig with his one hit KO move and the final fight) 3)Partners in Time(the ending it's just ridiculous,but the scenes with the babies are so,so damn kawaii) 2)Dream Team(tutorials and gyro controls suck,but the music,artstyle,story and gameplay are so damn good) 1)BIS(Fawful is one of my favorite Mario villains,Dark Bowser has the best final boss theme and playing as Bowser is always incredible) And finally,Paper Mario games: 6)Sticker Star(game's ok,music is top tier) 5)TTYD(a great game for sure,but f*ck General White and f*ck Doopliss,the backtracking in this game is obnoxious,at least Grodus is a good villain) 4)64(better pacing than TTYD and more original characters IMO) 3)Color Splash(yes,I like CS more than TTYD;the attacks are very cool,the music is cool and the writing it's amazing,I hope in a Switch port someday) 2)Super(Story's incredibile,Count Bleck and Dimentio are the best villains ever,the music is catchy and the levels are cool aside from 2-3) 1)Origami King(Good story,pretty solid villains,a blast to play from start to finish,the ring battle system is very fun and the music is GODLY) Sorry for the essay
Based on the wario ware gold voices it seems like he's had to dial back the voice quite a bit. Which makes sense, it seems like a very taxing voice to do and aging will take it's toll on anyone
Now, you know (or should know) as well as I do that you cannot sit there and compile a Wario voice montage without including "German Wario" from Japanese Mario Kart 64, the first two Mario Parties, and MK: Super Circuit. SO EIN MIST!!!

I don’t want full voice acting in Mario games. It will sound weird and distract players from the gameplay.
