Ah yes, something I'd like to see in the game. Protection can save impostors from ejection, if only once so it don't get annoying/ to prevent teaming. Granted, I was thinking this would fit more for a Guardian Devil role for the first impostor who gets ejected. Give the first impostor ejected the means to help their team win. 3-5 attempt protections with 2 or 3 successful attempts at most. Only the first impostor ejected gets to be the Guardian Devil and the role goes poof if an impostor leaves or is disconnected before any of them are ejected. Attempted protections being based on whether the person they're protecting gets ejected or not. If they don't or it's a tie, that's one less protection they have remaining. A successful one is obviously if they're voted out. I'm leaning more towards just two saves. Three seems a bit too overpowered. Also, they can save even crewmates from ejection as a bit of mind games. When the crewmate is ejected the next round, it'll initially say they were an impostor and subtract another impostor from the total, even saying 0 if there was only one left. It'll go back up to the actual number after the next vote. Guardian Devil can only exist if there's 3 or more impostors (if we get more than 15 players one day, like 20) and can't co-exist with the Shape-Shifter role to balance things to some degree. Guardian Devils can only protect from ejections, not killing, as it's an impostor role.
