Bakit naman yung OB ko tinannong ko kung bawal malamig sagot niya sakin ok, sino namn may sabi na bawal tapos natawa sia. Ok ang malamig na water, even coffee pwede din. Bawal lang soda. Juice is ok lalo na fresh
1 coffee lang naman sya a day, tapos cold water na lang sya mag hapon wala naman koneksyon yung malamig e softdrinks ang bawal talaga.

Ako sa dalawang anak ko 1 week overdue lagi...kaya ini enduced labor ako ng Obgyn ko. I always drive myself to the hospital. Our hospital bags are in the car during the 38th week. No emergencies.
