LTR12 does not turn on

peguei uma pra ver do modelo ltr10 eu coloco na tomada ela liga e ja desliga o led, apos isso ela n da nenhum sinal, sera que e placa ou pode ser fiacao,, a senhora disse que e uma maqui ja de uns 20 anos e ja teve concertos]
