Cook and Bianca are amazing athletes and I love Cook's speed and combos, but I hate the yelling. I much prefer Gassor's exhaling. This is coming from a guy who trained WTF as his first style for 5 years.

As a future idea, I was wondering why in TKD we always see men doing the high jumps and 540 turning kicks and we leave the women to wow us with their flexibility, etc. With two young girls in TKD, I would love to see you do a training session or tutorial with women about how they can also train to do the high jumps and 540 kicks, etc. Can you feature any women who do these tricks? Tkd fighters are the best kickers on the universe. And it shows that Tkd ptactioners practice on their kicks helluva lot lol. No wonder they are so damn good at kicking.
I think GNT is better than Aaron and Bianca. Why? Because GNT is faster, stronger, him kicks are more powerful, he isn't screaming during the kicks, he has better balance and accuracy. GNT is the BEST! Go on. :)

Loads of stupid people moaning about the screams, basically people with no understanding of martial arts. Most people take up MA as a form of self defence, so almost all encourage use of a intimidating or shocking sound to stun or confuse attackers. It's drilled in to Tkd training from a young age for this reason. If you don't like it, don't watch it.

Pugglen You are right. It has been toned down a bit in most modern MA. But it is still taught to an extent. Probably to westernise MA make it seem tougher. In the MA movie hay day of the 70s however it was much more exaggerated and common, especially in Chinese films.
