I heard attachment option will be available in Test UI for feb release.. Is that option not included?
I'm not sure on this. If this is the case, it should be avialable, but it is not in the current version.

As far as I know, you can't user catalog feature to call the Integration that accept attachment. User Service Endoint feature of Service Connection.

The REST based integration you can test it from Integration itself. Hover on the activated integration, click on the Run icon and click on Test.
