My doctor prescribe Atorvastatin, Clopidogrel, Metoprolol and trimetazidine my question is for how long shall i take these medicines? I have'nt visited my cardiologist because when covid virus spread in my country we are restricted to travel but I do walking and climb mountain on weekend for my exercise and sometimes biking. my concern is diet due to limited access to fresh vegetables in my area , I avoid red meat but at times I ate chicken meat and some fish, will bread and oatmeal good for me?

Maximum try to avoid climbing mountains. Oatmeal, bread, and some fishes are okay, but try to stop red meat. take once in a week chicken, and continue all the medications at least for the next 2 years, because you said that three stents were deployed. You can contact your cardiologist by phone or email and confirm with him. Subscribe, share, and likes this channel forward to your dear and nears
