  • "I've noticed a huge difference in myself physically and mentally because I do so much exercise".
Tizzy was diagnosed aged 25. Exercise, a positive attitude and being open about the condition are what keeps her going.

Awesome to hear. Hard to relate to a lot of people with pd because of my age. I was diagnosed @ 30 and will be 35 next month. I went from a pretty competitive runner half marathon /marathoner to couch potato, depressed, etc. Finally got the courage to go through physical therapy (Parkinson's big program for 3 months and then started walking/weight training). Im fitter than I have been since my diagnosis and lost weight and gained muscle! I will 100% attest to trying to do any and as much exercise as you possibly can! Thanks for sharing your story! ❤️❤️❤️🫡🫡🫡

Good to know/hear you're doing well and you came to your senses . Just consider yourself "relatively lucky 😌 " you were diagnosed at this time when there are some known cures for PD (from the 3rd trial) tho 😉 not approved by FDA yet.

I can completely relate to your commitment to exercise. I got my PD diagnosis a year and a half ago (I'm 49 this year) and I'm training to hopefully complete a marathon. The difference I feel with exercise is the same difference again from meds. It's brilliant. Keep it up. 💯
