Extraordinary. Thank you. I can't think of any other sopranos who can move around "en pointe" and sing at the same time! Even if she studied ballet as a kid or teenager - she is over 40. This is extraordinary. And props to Eric Cutler (who sounds great!) for performing with crutches after he injured his achilles tendon rather than disappoint the audience. Great teamwork.
Vážení, omlouvám se, že píši česky. Ale nemohu odolat, jsem dojatá. Rusalka je náš národní poklad. Dvořáka všichni milujeme . Rusalku jsem viděla v rúzných provedeních. Ale vaše pojetí mne chytlo znovu. Ocenila jsem mooc vaši češtinu, je to těžký jazyk a vy jste odvedli dobrou práci.Krásné hlasy obou představitelů - herecké výkony, všem dávám 1, včetně vodníka VIVAT MADRID
@Dagmar Valešová Wonderful comment! Great Dvořák ( and the Czechs) deserves such interpretation by an wonderful soprano like Asmik! Asmik is pure emotion and sensivity! Greetings from Brazil
Rusalka je pohádka a to tahle není,tak jako Rusalka z la Scaly,která je chobotnice, zpívají všichni krásné a česky ale to si můžu zrovna pustit jen zvukový záznam a poslouchat jen zpěv,
@user-wx2kd2te3k- Hello!! To answer your question 5 months ago, about Eric Cutler, in "Rusalka". From what someone else wrote in the comments, it appears that the singer had injured his Achilles tendon (off stage possibly), and he went on to perform anyway, so as not to disappoint the audience. I confess I'm not familiar with this version of the opera, I always knew Rusalka to be half a human, half "water sprite", and she fell in love with the (human) Prince who happened to stop by the lake where she lives. I've never seen her on pointe (ballet toe shoes). I imagine the director wanted to give the story a different take, as if often the case nowadays. Hope that answered your question satisfactorily!

Asmik Gregorian: so ausdrucksvoll, so überzeugend und dazu noch wunderschön. Für mich einmalig auch in der Oper Dämon (mit D.Hvorostovski).
@Vanda Richter Ganz genau, danke!
