I have a 1989 and one of the last in the series to come of the assembly line. The development over the years on this platform along with it's longevity was nothing less than astonishing.
I believe one was bid at 980.000 Dollars or Euro? At Barrett’s? Two years ago But it is ridiculous these were preproduction car with a lot of failures that was why the Solexs were replaced in 1965 by Weber carburetors on the cost of the factory. These cars have been ridden to death and now revived at high costs.
Fantastic video Mike! Right place at the right time
Cheers!
Superb! Love the fact Horacio Pagani checks the car out on startup
Good catch👌🏻

An early 911 from 1964 or 1965 is better and costs 120.000 or so
